So we are throwing a wrench in - think a too small space, a problem actor, or a script that still needs work.
 

Directors pick a 5 min scene, get a “problem”, and actors who are ready to play.
 

They get 25 mins to direct their scene in front of the group
 

Directors then get real time feedback from their actors and those observing!
